Question

A Cold Sweat?!?!?!?!

I just have one question, it only began yestersay but i have began running on the treadmill for 40 minutes a day and i started breaking out in a cold sweat. I didn't change anything in my routine but after about 2 weeks of this. I started to feel really chilly all over while I sweat. Im not sure if it is normal or if it has happened to others if so please let me know!!!

I had the same thing, only it would happen about an hour after working out while on induction. It hasn't happened since though. I guess your body needs to get used to the new fuels and all.
