Maybe I'm just a big lazy lump, but LCing hasn't changed how much sleep I need at all.

I've always needed just about 8 hours, and I continue to need about 8 hours.

That having been said, I do think it's easier to get up LCing, and I also think having a LC breakfast soon after getting out of bed provides more oomph, and I don't feel dragged down like I used to (when I was eating a huge muffin in the morning.).

I haven't noticed a difference - 7 hours of sleep per day during the week and 8 or 9 hours of sleep per day during hte weekend keeps me going O.K.
