Has anyone tried the Hiller Method? Can you do it low carb?

I didn't learn anything from his site because he gives no details. For the details one would need to spend $10 on a download. For an internet site that doesn't charge you money, but does give a synopses of the plan you could try holdthetoast.com or read our section here on which low carb plan is right for me.

I can't tell you anything about his plan because I am not willing to spend $10 to find out, since I can't pay my student loans and had to get them deferred for a bit.
