I'm glad you're feeling better. It's hard to keep your resolve when you feel like crap isn't it?
I'm not sure if I've lost any weight yet, I feel like I have, but I don't own a scale and I got my period today (which always bloats me out) so I can't know for sure. I'm excited to see in 4 or 5 days where I'm at! I'm just itching to throw on my Size 11 skinny jeans. Yippee!
As for the gym, I'm not really hard core. I go to my college's gym about 3-4 times a week. Usually I weight train for only 20 minutes (including abs on the big ball.....makes doing crunches *almost* fun) and whatever I feel like. I like to just exercise the muscles that I can't at home, since I own some 8 pound dumbells, and try to do exercises while I watch TV. I like to do 2 things at once! After weights I jump on the elliptical trainer for 30 minutes, often longer if somebody else doesn't kick me off it. I also bike just about everywhere here in town (I have a car, but its an old clunker and parking is the pits over here--besides, biking is fun).
I was never an athletic person until recently. Ironically, I find it the only thing that helps me maintain my weight nowadays....and it feels good
What kind of aerobics do you do? Just curious.
