flax o meal or flax seed meal

Hello,

I bought flax seed meal today, mixed it with cream and sugar twin. On the package it says that it has 4 grams of carb and 4 g of fibre per 1/8 cup. I would like to know what is the difference between flax o meal and flax seed meal?

Flax meal, is simply ground flax seeds.

Flax-O-Meal is a commercial products name, that contains a mixture of ingredients. The manufacturer of this product is a member here, and you can check her posts on the product and member's reviews, in the products forum.
