Hang in there with your sweetie. I am with mine. Although he has dropped another two pounds that I know of (I've found them it seems and put them on
), he was wondering if it was working for him. Let's see, in the past 2 weeks or so, he has lost 2 verifiable pounds (I finally got him on a scale and documented) and possibly up to 11. He temporarily took his belt in a notch for a whole morning. Now let's see...is this way of eating working for him?

Although, I must admit that I did scream at one of my children after she pointed out (repeatedly and loudly) a Krispy Kreme shop we had just passed. KK's are ----WERE----one of my favorite foods........sigh.........
