Default Support from spouse

Hi my name is Debbie. I live in the Uk and started low carbing 10 days ago. I have lost 11lbs in week...finally discovered my cheekbones...lol...

I was wondering what sort of reactions people get from ther 'other half' when they start to shed noticable amounts of weight.

My significant other seems to feel threatened by my weight loss...(does he think i am going to run off with a younger model)...

Anyone else com up against this sort of thing in the begining??

Would love to hear from yous...

I think some will hear fears of us leaving the spouse as we become thinner - but also It hink there are fears of "we don't know ourselves" coming from us too. Just not comfy for any of us. Change is hard, but reassure your other half (and yourself) that you are still you, and that your other half will remain loved.
