Default Blood Work - Atkins is great

Even my mom thought atkins was bad for my health - a year and half years later, the proof is in the numbers. Started Atkins 2/2003

Nov. 2002 (Before atkins) 3/25/2003 7/13/2004
(2 months on atkins)

Weight: 173 155 125
Triglycerides 142 61 46
Cholesterol 194 159 158
LDL - Bad cholesterol 112 87 73
HDL - Good Cholesterol 53 59 79

RISK: 3.7 2.52 2.1

Blood sugar levels are excellent also. The common myth that this way of life is bad for your health is coming from WHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!
