i am new to LC dieting, but i have been doing great on it. the only problem is the water intake. i tried crystal light and found that i love it. the problem is that i have stalled and someone said that it may be because of the CL. they said that i could use unsweetend koolaid and sweeten it my self and use it that way. my question is what to use. i have bought some sugar twin and seem to like it ok. the splenda is good too but it is a little on the spendy side. what is everybodys thought on sugar twin is it ok? i am hoping that is why have stalled.

Have you read the book.......Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution? I suggest you get a copy and read it. You should be drinking half your weight in ounces of water everyday. I was never a water drinker myself, but after getting all the artificial stuff out of my system I find I want to drink water and any sweet drinks are not appealing to me. Best of luck to you! Missy
