Have any of you tried the Atkins Endulge ice creams? What phases of the diet are these ice creams safe for? Do they taste any good? Just wanting to know.. i'm on induction phase and someone offered to pick me up a carton of it from the store 30 minutes ago, i declined because i don't know enough about it.

I've tried it, and like many other products, contains sugar alcohol which could stall you or even worse (in my opinion) send you running for the restroom. I would only partake of it once in a great while in phases 3-4 of atkins.

I gained weight back just adding the carbs from the ice cream they make. I did try the peanut butter chocolate one. But no more ---its back to jello and cream cheese for me!

I just did this on my induction I ate Klondike bars & yes it did stall me so I too am back on induction amd I will wait to have these after I move onto wol after I lose the weight.

......NA...dont dare to try those ice cream.....I know- I will not be able to stop for just 1/2 cup.....and then ....they will not be more LC ....lol

Skip it all together. There are some LC ice creams out there without malitol, Keto vanilla and butter pecan forgoe the malitol and use polydextrose. But each person is different. I know that personally malitol is a diet killer! So I avoid it at all costs
