I did the induction period for 8 days then had to quit since I felt like I was having a heart attack and I just got scared. So now that 2 weeks has passed since that one week of induction and every time I eat something with sugar I get wicked headaches.
I have been low carbing and watching my sugar intake but I had a glass of pepsi and about 20 minutes later I had the biggest headache.
Has this happened to anyone else??

Your body is detoxing honey. You have to let it take it's course. I suffered the same thing for the first 2 weeks and I'm fine now. Hang in there and take some Tylenol it'll pass.

Be patient! The aches will go away soon! Then you will have lots of energy and feel brand NEW!

Well let me point out that if you truly are on induction - then you shouldn't be drinking anything with sugar!! As you know induction is the time you kill these cravings and detox your body. Now if you are drinking a diet pepsi then it very well may be the artificial sugar. You need to do a clean induction! Hang in there it gets much easier with fewer side effects!

Flush it all out with lots of water!!!!! Get some rest too. I slept my headache away on my worst day and after that I was refreshed and a brand new me. I think the water helped though so drink lots of it!

i have 2 kids 3 year old and 8 month old, so sleep is not an option but thanks for the tips everyone.
I will try everything who knows maybe its the kids or my husband who are giving me a headache. ha ha ha
