It's true...one of the beautiful things about this WOE is that once by the time you're done customizing it to your lifestyle, metabolism, and tastes, you will know exactly what foods help you lose, maintain, or gain. If you're at 180, maintain there for a month or two, see if you feel happy, and if not, then go back a few steps into "slow losing" mode and see if you cant get down to 178 or something, then stay there for a month or two. Remember, if 180 makes you happy, then if you can get lower you'll be really happy....but if you can't get lower, you'll know that you've found the weight that you're body wants to stay at!
