I guess each person reacts to aspartame differently. For some people, it causes them to crave more sweet stuff or to stall. If you want to have some, go ahead and eat it.. then gauge your progress..

Aspartame is the last thing I worry about. The only sweeteners I worry about are the sugar alcohols... they cause me a bit of "stomach trouble" to be delicate....

I do my best losing when I use the sf Jello as my bedtime snack. I get the "full" feeling without going to sleep with a real bellyfull of calories.

I ate jello with whipped cream during induction. Had no problem with it.

I ate jello and plain whipping cream unwhipped during induction and didn't have a problem, after a while I didn't crave sweets at all. Didn't create a problem for me.

Hi....I went to Krogers...and there they were...YUM...a little more sweeter than the jello, but I think this will take care of the sweet tooth. Thanks!

IMO....better to eat SF jello than blow it by eating something worse. I have been known to appease my sweet tooth by eating more than one "serving" of SF jello if required (GASP!!!).

This has saved me from eating other sugar laden treats which would have caused way more damage than some aspartame could.....
