Default Panic Over!!

Hi
I just wanted to drop everyone a note to say that after my innitial panic because of gaining 4 pounds in the first two weeks of CAD, I am now losing weight!! Yee!!
I have lost 3 of the 4 pounds I put on.
I am now totally convinced.
I am eating tons of food at my rm (check my journal if you dont believe me), including my favourite, favourite food ever (rhubarb crumble and custard) and I am still losing weight.
I truely cant believe it, but I am definately a devotee of CAD for ever and ever!!
I hope this will encourage anyone out there who is still at the gaining stage of the woe!
