Question Panic!!

I started the atkins diet last wdnesday as I need to lose weight quickly for a holiday. I have been so good eating all the right things, and have lost 5 lb - despite not having any side effects which I am a bit worried about.

But tonight! My niece left a piece of her birthday cake right in front of mr, and I took a little bite. Now I am in panic mode as I've got a bit of a stomach ache and I'm worried all my hard work will be reversed with one little bite!!

Will it be sabotaged????!!!!!

I wouldn't worry too much about one bite, but hurry up and throw the rest in the garbage.

I've been known to take a bite. But just one! And if you want to think of this as a way of life after the holiday, I think you will be pleasantly surprised at the results.

Cake doesn't even tempt me any more.
