Fresh and homemade
My DH and I are new to Atkins. Here's my question:
We make most things from scratch - no frozen meals, etc. Some things were easy (like frozen fries) but those are out now.
1. Though I haven't done it in a while, I can always make my own tortillas and bread. Thing is, what type of "flour" should I use. Also, I don't use a bread machine. I've seen bread reciepes but they all call for bread machines and I know the ingredients are a little different.
2. I've got veggies and herbs growing inthe backyard. Would those have a different carb content? Does it matter? I think fresh would taste better.
