please educate me someone !!
I have been on Atkins now for 9 days . I lost 3 lbs in the first week and it seems to have stopped . I am always in moderate ketosis according to the stix first thing in the morning . I am drinking between 8 to 10 glasses of water per day .
I am sticking to approx 15 carbs per day .
Plese enlighten me before I start thinking of throwing in the towel
