Carbs per 100 grams?

Okay, what does that mean? I had soysauce on meat tonight and the bottle said 0 carbs. Then I looked it up on fitday....it said 27 carbs...then i looked it up on the carb counter from this page...7per 100 g. What does all this mean? Do i trust the label or what?
