for the first time in six months since we got my meds adjusted, i have lost some weight!! about three and a half pounds, to be exact!!

i said to myself, enough belly aching about being hypo, you have got to just do it and no more excuses...

so i got back on the plan and did it by the book; for lunch i had roast beef, a ceaser's salad and vegetables...(went to bed really early and wasn't in the mood for dinner, tho i know you need to eat) and off came about 3lbs!! i'm so excited i HAD to share!! thanks for the support thru the really crappy last two months, guys!! i think i finally made a breakthrough!! yippee...
