Sincere apologies if this has already been posted and answered (I just don't have the time to plough all the way back through the old threads). Having given up Stella (it was hard but I'm over it now) I'm wondering about my other favourite tipple... Baileys Liquer.

I know spirits are allowed in the diet but does this drink qualify as a spirit? I'm not talking about drinking gallons of the stuff but it it's a 'no-no' then I'll just keep on giving it a miss.

Any help/advice would be most gratefully apreciated.

PS ~ If anyone is interested... I can thoroughly recommend the Keto breakfast cereals which are now available in the UK. Truly delicious and a great way to start the day... I'm hooked on them!
