Default What's for dinner? Sunday, Dec. 2

Is Sunday dinner special in your house? Is Sunday cook-for-the-week day?

And just plain, What's for dinner?

Tonight, I'm going to try Spatzei's pork roast (with herbs and a mushroom/sour cream sauce) and Marlaine's sauteed Brussel sprouts. The roast should last for at least four more meals. It looks beautiful raw

It's actually Monday's dinner, but tonight we are having marinated and grilled prawn skewers, fresh oysters as well as kilpatrick oysters with bacon, and some steamed mussels. I am also doing a spinach salad and a Greek salad. Company coming!
