What's for dinner? Sunday, Dec. 2

Is Sunday dinner special in your house? Is Sunday cook-for-the-week day?

And just plain, What's for dinner?

Tonight, I'm going to try Spatzei's pork roast (with herbs and a mushroom/sour cream sauce) and Marlaine's sauteed Brussel sprouts. The roast should last for at least four more meals. It looks beautiful raw :)

It's actually Monday's dinner, but tonight we are having marinated and grilled prawn skewers, fresh oysters as well as kilpatrick oysters with bacon, and some steamed mussels. I am also doing a spinach salad and a Greek salad. Company coming!
