I've only been on ATkins 4 weeks- the first two (almost 3 wks) induction. I lost the first two weeks and none the following two.
I now how you feel... you keep expecting change.
I don't have a huge amount to lose- and apparently according to this site- it could take while , as it comes off "slowly".
When I stopped losing- I have just tried to stick with it...read a lot of information on this site...everyone says to be patient...and you will again see results.
Keeping close watch on what you eat tho, in case anything causes stalls- ie diet pop, caffeine or Atkins products (bars, shakes)....and maybe a bit more exercise?
Mostly, people say...all of a sudden it moves again...if you are truly eating as the book suggests...
So, for me...I am just trying to really give it a fair chance...and hang in there.....
without switching to another plan like ww...which I know I could probably lose also....this way sounds more satisfying and healthier....
