Talking Dan or someone Help...

I just read the thread about efedra, caffeine, aspirin stacks and I have a question. I have these pills my friend gave me called "Metabolise and Save" (isn't that ghetto lol) 1 caplet has 12 mg efedrine
40 mg caffeine
and it says nothing about aspirin unless there is another name for aspirin...
Is this the right amount of efedrine and caffeine??
Thank you

Asprin's generic name is acetylsalicylic acid. Is that on the label?

Caffeine and aspirin can be dangerous for some. Caffeine can cause rapid, irregular heartbeats. Some feel there is nothing good about caffeine, but research is now finding in moderation it isn't dangerous for most, and may even be beneficial in some ways. Trainer Dan has posted that a dose of caffeine before aerobic exercise can actually give you a calorie burning boost!

Aspirin can cause gastrointestinal bleeding, bleeding into the joints and generally interfere with the body's normal clotting (hence the reason it's used in heart patients). In low doses, most people can handle aspirin without problems.

Ephedra (effedra) has been linked to a lot of problems, including sudden death.

Personally, I wouldn't recomend you take this, or anything with ephedra in it! Go to one of the healthsites and do a search on it. There is a lot of evidence that it's very dangerous!

For the sake of your long-term health, try doing this without these supplements.
