Default Dan - Me Again

Hey Dan,

I was wondering if I could ask about fatburning supplements.

There's a site that caters for us Brits :

http://www.maximuscle.com

Or maybe this link will take you there :

http://store.maximuscle.com/cgi-bin...N/catalogs/1009

I was wondering if you think a fat burning supplement would be useful for me to take? And if it was OK whilst low carbing?

If so, I was wondering if there was any recommendations you could make from the site?

(The long link should take you straight to the fatburners).

Thanks Dan.

Hey, Toots, I'm no Dan, but have you read through his thread atop this forum about Thermogenics? It's pretty long, very detailed and chock full of useful information.

Nat

If my weight hit a sticking point, I would consider taking an ephedrine/caffiene stack to get it going again

Default hello ....

Well, looking at those products, and seeing as how EC is apprantly now banned in the UK, I would do the following:

Order the THERMOBOL and THERMOKICK. Start with the THERMOBOL product. Before you start taking it, monitor your AM body temperature.

If at any point it drops for 3 days straight, switch to the THERMOKICK product for 2 weeks, then switch back.
