I'll be heading over there this week and would love some specific things to look for.

Thanks!

I LOOOOOOOOOVE TRADER JOE'S!

They have the cheapest protein powder in town.
Soy Protein Isolate -- 2 Lb tub for $10.

They have good prices on Atkins Bars & Shakes.
They have diet Hansen's soda, which is flavored with Splenda.
They also have great nitrate-free bacon and salami.
Also looks good, great prices, is the smoked salmon.

After that -- anything you like!

Cool

I always get thier DHA enhanced Eggs that are high in Omega-3's. These are almost half price here compared to supermarker. I think I could get a dozen for a little over $2, at supermarket would be close to $4. And what do I do with these eggs? I eat them Rocky Style of course!! Something i reccomend all of you do!!

I just got back from Trader Joes!

Fresh Veggies
Bruschetta. SOOO good and low carb. I put it on...
full-fat cottage cheese!
Atkins Indulge vanilla ice cream (yay! they just got it in and I am just starting OWL).
Pure Protein shakes (1 gram effective carb) for when I'm in a hurry
California-Style Complete Protein Bread
(eight grams effective carbs per slice. I use one piece for open-faced sandwiches on OWL)

Definately check out the cheeses. The prices are much better than the supermarket's gourmet cheese section.

Same thing with olive oil.
