Default Whey Protein - How do you use it?

Came across two flavors of Whey Protein powder. Chocolate and Vanilla.

Tell me, what do I do with it?

Thanks

Default shake shake shake!

You make protein shakes with it, of course!

Induction- friendly Chocolate protein shake

Scoop of chocolate, 1/3 cup heavy cream, 2/3 cup of water, 2 packets of splenda, some ice and a splash of vanilla extract (or mint, or almond, or orange...). throw this mess in the blender and Voila! Instant quick breakfast

After Induction shake

Scoop of vanilla protein, 1/3 cup heavy cream, 2/3 cup of water, 2 packets of splenda, some ice and a handful of your favorite berries (strawberries work nicely). Prepare and enjoy as stated above.

Enjoy!

Shelly

Lightbulb Another idea

After you make that protein shake, top it off with some Diet Rite Soda. It tastes like an ice cream soda and it stretches the drink into a much bigger drink. I really like the chocolate with either Cola or Raspberry Diet Rite.
