Very interesting article. I have my Dad drinking this daily to be sure he's getting enough protein and calories. MUCH BETTER than Boost or Ensure which are full of sugar. I didn't realize it would help his immune system too.

I am drinking store bought of the shelf, milk with added whey protein in it, instead of the Protein shake I use to drink.

No sweetener or flavoring to it. It is about time.

I enjoy this so much more.
