Hi,
It could be all the water flushing out minerals from your body...potassium and magnesium are the key...supplements are OK, but I go for green asparagus, contains lot of them both, so do broccoli. So I would give them a try...with lots of butter of course
I hade the same sensations in my legs, they were gone as soon as I added those veggies to my daily food.
