Default muscle spasms

hello all, im on day 5 of the atkins diet and my lifting regime.. i seem to have aquired a reoccuring muscle spasm/BIG twitch in my left stomach and right bicep... to describe it.. it sorta looks like a horses legs/rear when twitch REAL hard to get flys off of them... its not painful but its getting VERY annoying.. to the point where co-workers are like..."whats up with your arm and stomach? do i maybe need to start taking a potassium supplement? also i drink 6 to 9 liters of water a day religiously.

Hi,

It could be all the water flushing out minerals from your body...potassium and magnesium are the key...supplements are OK, but I go for green asparagus, contains lot of them both, so do broccoli. So I would give them a try...with lots of butter of course
I hade the same sensations in my legs, they were gone as soon as I added those veggies to my daily food.
