Shrimp Crab Dip

Shrimp Crab Dip

1 can Crab meat
8 oz Cream Cheese
Bag of Tiny Shrimp
Cocktail Sauce

Soften the cream cheese and Spread it out on a plate or in a dish. Make it to be about 14 to 12 inch thickness spread out. Spread Cocktail sauce on top of the cream cheese. Spread out the drained Crab meat on top of that. Then sprinkle the shrimp on top.

I went to a Christmas Party last night and one of the ladies brought this. It was great. I don't know how many carbs are in Cocktail sauce or if there is a nice low carb recipe for it. BUt this recipe sounds like it would be pretty low in carbs.
It would be great spread in celery. THen you would get the crunch. Or if you are including some whole grain crackers in your WOE then It is wonderful on them.
