Question Helpful ideas for battered shrimp dip????

Hi all. I need a favor. I'm fixing an important meal tonight and I need to go to the store here in a few to get ingredients. I need ideas with the quickness on what to use for pork rind battered fried shrimp. I have forgotten what people dip shrimp into. Can't find any recipes that mention it? Help??

Thanks oodles!!!

Kirsten

Well, I found out the hard way that you don't use pork rinds on shrimp. Works great on pork chops. I've tried that before. But shrimp, they are just too small and when you are turning them when frying the pork rinds come off. The egg wash helps a little but not much.

I wonder if pecan meal would be good. Seems like I made a pecan-crusted fish recipe one time that was quite yummy.
