The Log
I need to start this log before its gets too late, so here it goes.
Last night, finally got to the gym after two weeks. (Maybe keeping this log will help motivate me )
5 min on stairmaster: level 3
3 sets of 10 reps for chest press: 45 lbs
3 sets of 10 reps for rowing: 45 lbs
3 sets of 10 reps for military press: 20 lbs
3 sets of 10 reps for Lat pull: 80 lbs
