The Log
I need to start this log before its gets too late, so here it goes.
Last night, finally got to the gym after two weeks. :p (Maybe keeping this log will help motivate me :rolleyes: ) 5 min on stairmaster: level 3 3 sets of 10 reps for chest press: 45 lbs 3 sets of 10 reps for rowing: 45 lbs 3 sets of 10 reps for military press: 20 lbs 3 sets of 10 reps for Lat pull: 80 lbs Treadmill: 5 ~ 3.5, incline 0 5 ~ 3.8, incline 0 5 ~ 4.3, incline 0 5 ~ 3.8, incline 0 5 ~ 3.5, incline 3 3 ~ 3.2, incline 6 2 ~ 3.0, incline 9 5 cooldown 30 crunches |
