I did get your message.

And by the way, you're right about there being less sugar the farther down it is on the lable. I tend not to worry about an item that has trace amounts of sugar. It hasn't bothered me yet!

Default ever hear this?

I'm a real slow loser these days...its partly my thyroid....

BUT, I met a lady low carbing today....this is what she said:

I told her I was doing induction for about a month, with very little loss

This lady said she is doing about 25 carbs a day and losing good.


She suggest I add a bit of carb now, and it might kick my body into losing action?????
I have also been really tired as of late

One day I had a little lettuce on something...hate to tell ya this!!!!!

It made me feel like a bright spark!!!!! But I'll never lose if I add carbs....i'm hypothyroid!!!!!!! (((((((
