Default inches are melting off!!!!

Hi all

Been low carbing for only 3 weeks and the inches seem to be melting off!! Should I expect slowdown soon? HOpe not. I have been religous about using fitday to log my carbs and have been doing intense cardio 3 times a week and lifting moderate to heavy weights for the last 6 months. So, maybe the muscle has helped too? You can actually see my jaw line and I am beginning to look different, so people are telling me. I was so skeptical about doing this but am thrilled about educationg myself. I was a low fat, high carb, excersice junkie who gained 50 lbs in the last 6 years depite working out. I waas truly embarreseed to tell people I actually worked out. I truly believe the weight lifting has helped. Before low carbing, I lost alot of inches too by weight lifting, but took a year to see results. My pants are hanging off of me now!! HURRAY

I have now incorporated some sprouted low carb wheat bread. 8 grams of carbs. Does anyone else eat low carb bread occaionally and still lose? bye bye for now

Kat

Default Well done!

Congratulations on your success.

As you add more carbs into your eating you most likely will slow down a little in terms of your weight, but make sure to check your measurements because you'll still see changes there.

I eat low carb bread and still actively lose weight, I just don't overdo it because I know it will still slow me down, but it's nice to have sometimes.

Good Luck and hopefully we'll see some before and after shots soon!

Cheers
Simone
