Have any of you noticed since being on this diet that your skin color has changed? I look like I have a suntan. Maybe all those nasty carbs made me look pale or something.

I've heard people say that their skin clears up when following a low carb plan, but never that it's changed color. The whites of your eyes are still white, right?

My skin colour hasn't changed, although my skin is my better. Pores are tighter and my skin in clearer.

However, a few days ago I noticed that the colour of my LIPS has changed! They were always kinda pale, and now they are a nice deep pink! Yet another benifit of LCing?? Who knows.

I have noticed that my face is 'brighter'--not as pale and actually has a nice, rosy glow most of the time. Getting healthier??? Also, skin has cleared up considerably and eyes are noticeably brighter/whites whiter...lovin' it!!

Smile You too?

I used to have a pale face and my lips were pale too. But I've been low carbing for a while and people have said I look brighter and not only that my perpetual dry lips and cheeks are gone!
love it, Love it!

Skin darkening can be a sign of an endocrine disorder. Are you having other symptoms?
