Gabi's bread substitute?

Since I hate soy, could i substitute the 3/4 cup of soy flour for oat flour? It already calls for 1/4 cup oat bran. Is that oat flour?

Im sorry that I cant help you much but I do know that oat bran is not oat flour. I would try subbing the oat flour and just see. GOOD LUCK!! I know that soy flour is really not my cup of tea so if you feel that way, try the subbing. Sorry again, for not helping that much.

IMHO, Final Bread is the superior bread and contains no soy.
