Default L-Carnatine...

Where do you guys get it and how much is it? I was in GNC earlier tonight and it was 46 bucks for 60 capsules. I cant pay that! Also, how many do you take per day, per meal? Just a few questions before I get some.

I get it at my health food store and I get the liquid variety....MUCH cheaper. $20 16 oz and it's made by NOW. You can order it online too. I use iherb.com. Oh, and it tastes fine... kind of a sweet-citrus. No need to invest in MORE capsules. I hate taking pills, don't you?!? I take 2 TBS/day... which i think is 1000mg/tablespoon.... I'll have to double check that.

[edit: yeah, here's the link $14.00!! Guess I better ditch my HF store!!]

Hmmm...didnt even know it was made in a liquid. You just take it like cough syrup? Right from the spoon?

OK...took your advice and ordered some. I figured "heck, it's ONLY 14.00 bucks, what have I got to lose"? I hope this stuff works. I hate buying stuff that doesnt work. This is supposed to help you get out of a stall, I have read. Gonna find out soon enough!

Walmart here sells it for $10.76 for a bottle of 30 500 mg. tablets. You're supposed to take them before meals. I bought it last week but haven't noticed any appreciable differences in weight loss yet.
