I don't eat pork rinds.
Is there anything else I can use as a dipper instead?

You can buy them on netrition.com (this sites shopping) and they are great. Three large crackers are only 6 carbs -5 fiber.

I'm a big fan of fiber.

Just tryed the "Lowrey's Bacon Curls" (microwave pork rinds) in the hot and spicy flavor. I like them! Much better than store bought in the bag. Did not have that weird pork smell that I sometimes find it hard to get past.

It's neat how they are hot and fresh. The bag does not blow up as big as popcorn ones do and it does not make a popping noise when it is cooking - so don't over do it like I did on the first bag. It really only takes 50-90 seconds!

>1g carb per serving but it does have MSG...

I purchased mine in my regular grocery store (Publix) in the microwave popcorn area.

WOW this is outta sight !!!

Gotta go find 'em NOW.

I love spicy pork rinds in the bag with "whipped" cream cheese.

The hunt is on for a new product.

Thanks for your post.

Good idea with the whipped cream cheese! That is something I have not purchased since beginning LC - I'll have to try it!

My brother told me about microwave pork rinds when I visited him in Wisconsin last month. Bought some while there, and they are good. Can't find them here locally, but thank God for the internet...you can find them available there.

You know I bought the big case but I dont eat them--they have 4 carbs per bag and I can eat a bag. Pork rinds shouldnt have any carbs because they are a meat product so that just freaks me out. I buy the bagged ones and put them in the oven with popcorn seasoning and a little butter. Taste hot and good and no extra carbs.
