Default Toppings on pizza??????

Is it alright to eat just the toppings on a pizza? I did this last month and only lost about 4 lbs Are there any other vitamin I should be taking other than potassium and B-6? Thanks

Hi!

Yes, it's okay to do the pizza topping thing, but I wouldn't do it too often. Cheese and processed meats are common stallers and for all the calories, I personally just don't find it very filling.

You shouldn't just be taking B6, you should take an all-round general multivitamin. Taking any of the B vitamins by themselves generally isn't a good thing; they should be taken together. The B6 craze in the 80s made a lot of dieting women sick.

There are all kinds of supplements that can aid in both general health and in weight loss; check out our 'nutrition and supplements' forum to figure out what's best for you.

HTH.
