Does anyone know if Perrier water is allowed on Atkins?

The site says calorie free and "sodium free according to the US standards". Which means some salt.

But if it doesn't have to be mentioned it is not worth worrying about.

Just remember, only spring, filtered, or tap water should be counted into your minimum intake of 64 ounces. Due to the effects of carbonation, only non-fizzy beverages truly act as "water". Plus, it's so good for you to drink the pure stuff.

I drink it all the time and get the flavored ones for when I'm craving a soda.. does the trick, however I do drink about 120 oz pure water a day as well. My rule is after my cup of tea in the morning I can't drink anything else until I have drank my water for the day.
