Question about Atkins Shakes on CAD

I have started CAD. My question is during the week while at work is it alright to have an Atkins shake for lunch. I want to use my RM at dinner. Does anyone else out there drink Atkins shakes on CAD

The answer is it depends on your own particular body chemistry. Some people stall. Some people it doesn't effect. If you want, try it out but limit yourself to one shake a day. If your weight loss slows/stops that means you have to cut it out.

They do affect me.
