My favorite is simple

BLT salad

bacon
cheddar cheese (cubed)
baby spinach
tomatoes (diced)
cucumbers (cubed)
then i splatter mayo everywhere!

yummy!

I also like taco salad

hamburger (crumbled cooked with onions)
cheddar cheese
tomatoes
lettuce (iceburg)
salsa
sour cream

both of these r really easy but good.

I also think no LCer should be without a george forman grill. I cook everything on mine.

Here's a fun and different dinner salad:

Hamburger patty
Lettuce
Mushrooms
Olives
Tomato
Ranch dressing

Insta ranch burger salad.

When in doubt in a dinner salad... add avocado!

I've "invented" this one after Induction and now I eat it almost every day....

romain lettuce
creamy avocado
mozzarella or feta
ham/turkey
lots of good olive oil and italian vinegar *no sugar*
sunflower seeds on top of it
black peppar

It get so creamy from avocado and sunflower seeds give that crunch. I think you can add almost anything you like to it.

I promise to try yours!
