I just happened upon a website called www.tropicaltraditions.com that sells virgin coconut oil. The website has alot of interesting information claiming that using coconut oil can help you lose weight by boosting your metabolism. Anyone have any experience or knowledge on this subject? I had almost talked myself into trying one of the ephedra products Trainer Dan recommends, but I live in South Florida and after that baseball pitcher died a couple of weeks ago in Ft. Lauderdale, I decided to trust my first instinct and stay away from that stuff. Too dangerous in my opinion.
