Wink Greetings from the road

Hi from the road!
I started Atkins on Jan 19, so I'm 23 days into it (but hey, who's counting?) I'm going to start a journal today as I've been wanting to document my experience of this WOE.
I'm on tour with a big musical a so I'm spending all my time in hotels across America. Let me tell you, you can do this diet while traveling. Although I don't have a scale with me(too bulky), I do have room to bring a measuring tape. That little tape showed a 6 1/2 inch weight loss after 2 weeks! I'm going to stick with the 2week measurements interval.
Please come visit my journal and chat back if you'd like. Best of life to all.

Hi and welcome!

>>"I'm on tour with a big musical..."

Wow, neat! Are you an actor? Musician? Road crew? Stalker? (You don't have to answer, I'm just nosey. I'd love to travel like that!)

I agree that low-carbing isn't that bad on the road. Almost every restaurant has at least one low-carb option.

Break a leg!
