I've never found a frankenfood that I like yet....except for the Pure Delite low carb chocolates. I spent a ton of money on that stuff when I was new to this WOE and finally realized I didn't want it or need it anymore.

HOWEVER, let me say that I'm in heaven having discovered the use of whey protein in making my own protein bars....they taste more like fudge brownies than anything...and they're good for you!

I will be perfectly honest, most "make believe" foods that are Low Carb are an acquired taste - - the only two products that I have tried (and I have tried many) that I can honestly say I like is Atkins LC Bread and Atkins LC Muffin Mixes. The pastas, LC tortillas, cereals, cookies, etc... all have a distincitive taste that you really need to get used too. Yes, some of us do get used to it, but personally, I'd rather stick to REAL food. LC foods are also $$$$ costly....
