Default Low Carb Store in New Jersey

I was in Jersey yesterday and one of my friends told me about a store in Shrewsbury called the Low Carb Connection. The prices were in line, the selection was very good. They had the entire Keto line, all kinds of goodies, and low carb muffins I got that are wonderful. No brand name - the owenr told me they were baked in a place in Florida.

She doesn't have an internet site in which she sells products yet but you can get info on the store (or mail order by phone) at www.low-carb-connection.com.

If you are in Jersey worth a trip.

The only thing you have to be careful with the muffins is your carb count. I purchased the muffins (chocolate chip) back when they had a smidgen of nutritional info on them and was able to see what they considered a serving size. It was 1/2 a muffin. Who eats 1/2 a muffin and stops? The carb grams for a 1/2 muffin were 5.25g. I just stopped in the store last week and there is no longer nutritional info. on the muffins, just a chart on the wall stating the number of carbs per serving. So you might think you are taking in 4g or 5g carbs per muffin (depending on which ones you buy), but in reality it's 8g or 10g.
