This is a pretty good recipe for sweet tooth cravings:

1 serv CarbSolutions prot.powder: 2 carb, 3 fat, 19 prot, 120 cals
2 tbsp. heavy whipped cream: < 1 carb, 3 fat, 0 prot, 30 cals
1/2 tbsp. olive oil: 0 carb, 7 fat, 0 prot, 60 cals
enough water to stir until creamy, add more for icier cream
freeze until desired consistancy or eat without freezing for a quick choc pudding-like treat.

Total: 2.5 carbs, 13 fat, 19 prot, 210 cals



I realize Carb Solutions is a cheaper form of prot powder, but it mixes really well for this particular recipe because its pretty thick. It comes in choc. and van. I've only tried the choc for this recipe and its pretty dang good. You can play with the amounts of fat and protein depending on how close you are to your daily requirements. ENJOY
