Question What's the time lapse on Fitday.com??

Hi everyone.

Am coming to terms with Fitday.com (although I have reservations about the weighing and measuring aspects of filling it in - just a personal dilemmma) and wanted to know what time in Aust. or NZ it clicks over to the next day.

Had entered a whole lot of foods one morning only to come back that evening to add in some more to find they had been wiped for a new day. I am saving the items I enter.

Would appreciate any info.

Thank you

Hi Maca,

The food isn't wiped - it just seems that way. (And yes, it's frustrating!) To find the food from earlier, just go to "calendar" and hit the previous day's date, then when that comes up, hit "food."

Here the time clicks over at about 2 or 3 PM. I just routinely go to "calendar" when I enter, and go to today's date here, and then food.

BTW, it took me ages to get used to it, too. Are you familiar with this thread Fitday.com How To's? It helped me manage it a bit better.

Cheers, matey. HTH

Roz

Thanks Roz for all that info - you're a gem!

I'll try my hardest and with the calendar too. Had read the tour - but it's the old story of learning by doing with me!

Many thanks again.

Actually, no need to go to the calendar On all pages, you'll see the date above the ad banner at the top (right next to Logout/Help). Just click on the arrows to go forward or back

D'oh! Why didn't I think of that?

Thanks, Doreen, makes it much easier.
